The Thailand Center for Happy Worker Studies (TCHS), in collaboration with the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Defence, organized an activity to enhance knowledge, strategies, and skills for “Happiness Agents” under the training program Advanced Routine to Happiness (AR2H). The program was held during December 18–19, 2025 at Kalanan Riverside Resort.
The event was honored by General Attapong Pichayaporn, Adjutant General, who presided over the welcoming remarks and officially opened the program. Major General Sathaporn Krasaesaen, Assistant Adjutant General, delivered the event report. Mr. Pongsak Thongrattana, Director of the Office of Organizational Well-being, Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), also attended the event.
This activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of Happiness Agents from 23 subordinate units, equipping them with concrete knowledge, skills, and tools to drive well-being, happiness, organizational engagement, and work–life balance in a practical manner. Emphasis was placed on the use of real data from the HAPPINOMETER Survey on Happiness and Well-being to analyze situations, design interventions, and develop Action Plans tailored to each unit.
During the program, executives and researchers from the Thailand Center for Happy Worker Studies, led by Associate Professor Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, Director of the Center, and Associate Professor Dr. Charamporn Holumyong, jointly shared knowledge through intensive learning exchange sessions and hands-on practice. As a result, participants were able to apply the acquired knowledge to further develop a Happy Office of the Permanent Secretary for Defence in a sustainable manner.
