Between December 8 and 12, 2025, Lect. Dr. Nara Khamkhom participated in the ASEAN Regional Workshop on Strengthening Cross-Border Cooperation, Protection, and Care of Children in the Context of Migration-Making Children’s Rights a Reality in ASEAN. The workshop was organized by the UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office, in collaboration with the ASEAN Training Centre for Social Work and Social Welfare (ATCSW) and the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection of Indonesia. It took place in Bali Province, Indonesia.
During the event, Lect. Dr. Nara Khamkhom and Ms. Saranpaj Anumatrajkij, Director of the ASEAN Training Centre for Social Work and Social Welfare (ATCSW), jointly delivered a lecture on “Adult Learning Basic Principles for Trainers Protecting Migrant Children.” Additionally, Lect. Dr. Nara Khamkhom was honored to serve as the lead facilitator throughout the workshop.
