From November 5–7, 2025, the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), together with the Thailand Physical Activity Knowledge Development Centre (TPAK), Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR), Mahidol University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyawat Katewongsa, Director of TPAK, organized the South-East Asia Physical Activity Conference 2025 (SEAPAC 2025) for the first time.
The conference brought together 700 participants from 14 countries, including leading experts in physical activity from around the world, South Asia, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. The event was held at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.
The opening remarks were delivered by

The keynote address was given by Prof. Dr. Mark S. Tremblay of the Active Healthy Kids Global Alliance, recipient of the SEAPAC Award for “Revolutionary Leadership in Advancing the Global Alliance on Physical Activity Promotion for Children and Adolescents.”
