On October 27, 2025, from 09.00 to 12.00 hrs, the Thailand Centre for Happy Worker Studies (TCHS), Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR), Mahidol University, participated in the closing ceremony of the “Happy Office of the Permanent Secretary for Defence Project.” The event showcased the success of implementing the “Happy Office Model” through HAPPINOMETER and the 5S (1P4H) Core Values, aimed at enhancing the well-being and quality of life of military personnel and their families.
The results were presented to General Tharapong Malakam, Permanent Secretary for Defence. The TCHS research team also organized an exhibition booth, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charamporn Holumyong, Ms. Priya Phloiraya, Ms. Patjanan Siriratmongkhon, and Ms. Thanaporn Assawadakorn, at Srisaman 1 Room, 2nd Floor, Multi-purpose Building, Office of the Permanent Secretary for Defence (Srisaman).
