On 6 October 2025, faculty members, researchers, and support staff attended an orientation session on the development of Performance Agreements (PA) for the Fiscal Year 2026. The session was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director of the Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR), together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sutthida Chuanwan, Deputy Director for General Administration, and the Human Resources Unit.
The discussion aimed to clarify IPSR’s PA framework, as agreed with Mahidol University, to enhance understanding of the institute’s operational direction and to adjust workload proportions for greater clarity and alignment with IPSR’s strategic goals. The session was held at Srabua Room (109), IPSR.
