On June 26, 2025, the project titled ” Analysis of Thailand’s school food and street food management, and local food systems, and Analysing food and beverage profiles and estimating the potential impact of implementing a saturated fat tax in Thailand” organized a training session on the use of AI in research. The session was honored to have Emeritus Professor Dr. Churnrurtai Kanchanachitra from the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, as a speaker, introducing tools such as SciSpace, AVIDNOTE, Claude, and Research Rabbit.
Additionally, Lecturer Jamorn Laoimchan, a human resource management and organizational development expert with over 20 years of experience in Thailand and abroad, delivered a session on Art Therapy. The training took place at the Srabua Room (109), with participation from sub-activity leaders, researchers, and project staff, 22 participants in total.
