On 24 June 2025, the Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR), Mahidol University, organized the IPSR Alumni Global Engagement Sessions 2025 under the theme “From IPSR to the World: Alumni Making Real-World Impacts”. The event was held online via Zoom Meeting and livestreamed on LinkedIn, moderated by Dr. Pattaphol Yuktadatta.
We were honored to welcome IPSR alumni Purwo Setiyo Nugroho (Indonesia), Mohammad Raisul Haque (Bangladesh), and Theingi Oo (Myanmar), who shared their experiences, innovations, and the global impacts of their work contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) under the session theme “Health Equity in Action: Tackling NCDs, Mental Health & Social Determinants.”
The event aimed to showcase the crucial roles IPSR alumni are playing in driving change across various countries.
