On April 11, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sutthida Chuanwan, Deputy Director for General Administration, Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, together with Ms. Porta Boonyatearana, Ms. Warawan Thapanatammachai, Ms. Kanchana Thianlai, Mr. Pannawat Thuenklin, Mr. Nawapoom Wonglertsiri, and Ms. Kodchakorn Palakai, participated in the Songkran Festival of the Ngio Rai Subdistrict Administrative Organization under the theme “Elderly Join Hands to Continue and Conserve Thai Traditions and Culture,” held for the elderly and the general public in the area.
The team from the Institute for Population and Social Research took part in the traditional water-pouring ceremony for the elderly and organized recreational activities titled “Happy Elderly People of Ngio Rai, Singing, Dancing, and Having Fun” which were attended by over 100 participants.
