The Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University organized the 43rd Personnel Development Seminar from March 19–21, 2025, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director of the Institute, delivering the opening remarks at the Bangsaen Heritage Hotel, Chonburi Province.
This year’s seminar featured CSR activities in collaboration with the Public Health and Environment Division, Saensuk Municipality, Chonburi Province, alongside team-building activities aimed at strengthening internal relationships within the organization. Additionally, the seminar included an HR Talk session on “Rights and Welfare of the Institute’s Personnel,” providing participants with essential information on employee benefits, academic promotions, and workplace welfare. These activities were designed to foster a sense of belonging and ensure that personnel feel engaged, well-informed, and supported in their professional growth.
