From February 13-15, 2025, the research team conducted fieldwork in Mae Lao District, Chiang Rai Province, as part of the study on food consumption, food security, and food literacy among Thai individuals with disabilities. This research is undertaken within the research of the ” Food and nutrition research to inform healthy food environment policies in Thailand.”
The fieldwork was led by the project advisors: Emeritus Professor Dr. Aphichat Chamratrithirong, Associate Professor Dr. Rossarin Gray, Associate Professor Dr. Umaporn Pattaravanich, and Lecturer Dr. Sarunya Sujaritpong, DVM, along with the research team under the leadership of Associate Professor Dr. Sirinya Phulkerd, the Principal Investigator.
