Press Conference: “Silent Danger: Sodium in Instant Foods and Seasonings, a Source of NCDs and the Situation of Sodium in Instant Foods and Seasonings in 2024”

On November 28, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Ms. Salakjit Chuenchom, a researcher at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, served as the moderator for the press conference titled “Silent Danger: Sodium in Instant Foods and Seasonings, a Source of NCDs and the Situation of Sodium in Instant Foods and Seasonings in 2024, Stressed the Importance of Reading Food Labels to Make Informed Consumption Choice”. The press conference was held at the IV 4 Meeting Room, TK Palace Hotel and Convention, Chaeng Watthana Road, Bangkok, and was also live-streamed on the Kidney Friends Association of Thailand Facebook page.
