On November 8, 2024, the Happy University Project, in partnership with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation, hosted the “Happy U. School Bus” activity as part of the student prototype development curriculum, titled “Healthy Youth Impact by Happy U: Episode 1 – E-cigarettes”. Led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, Project Manager and Director of the Thailand Center for Happy Worker Studies, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charamporn Holumyong, Deputy Project Manager, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nucharapon Liangruenrom, Project principal investigator, and the team.
The activity brought together 26 student leaders from seven Happy University networks to share knowledge and conduct the workshop “Preventing Thai Children and Youth from E-Cigarettes” for over 120 students from Ban Khlong Yong School and Ban Khlong Sawang Arom School.
This activity aimed to create a supportive space, empowering “Happy University Model Students” to engage in impactful health advocacy to equip young students with valuable knowledge and skills in protecting themselves from e-cigarettes.
