TPAK organized a meeting to exchange experiences in implementing activities at model schools aimed at promoting physical activity. The focus was on the Whole-of-School Approach to Physical Activity, which advocates for a holistic method of promoting physical activities in schools.

On July 23, 2024, the Thailand Physical Activity Knowledge Development Center (TPACK) at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, in collaboration with the Health Promotion Foundation, organized a meeting to exchange experiences in implementing activities of the model school via the online Zoom Meeting system. The meeting was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyawat Katewongsa, Director of TPAK, along with a team of researchers working with the model school “WoSPA Primary.”

The 12 primary WoSPA prototype schools that participated in this meeting were:

  • Wat Soi Thong School, Bangkok
  • Nikhom Bang Rakam 4 School (Bang Rakam Chanupatham), Phitsanulok Province
  • Wat Pak Ping Tawan Tok School, Phitsanulok Province
  • Chum Tabong Kindergarten School, Nakhon Sawan Province
  • Wat Rit School (Kham Muen Pathum Anusorn), Sukhothai Province
  • Piyamit Wittaya School, Phayao Province
  • Wat Tan Sian School (Sima Rat), Saraburi Province
  • Ban Khwao Khong School, Surin Province
  • Ban Nong Khu Witthayakhom School, Chaiyaphum Province
  • Ban Nong Pradu School, Kanchanaburi Province
  • Si Phon Thong Witthaya School, Nakhon Phanom Province
  • Wat Mai Riang School, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province
