Lecturer Dr.Truc Ngoc Hoang Dang, Institute for the Population and Social Research, Mahidol University presented the research topic “War Waged at Home? Early-Life War Exposure and Marital Adversity Among Older Adults in Vietnam” at the Population Association of America 2024 Annual Meeting (PAA 2024) in Columbus, Ohio, United States, from April 17-20, 2024.
The Population Association of America’s annual meeting is the premier conference for demographers, sociologists, economists, public health professionals, policymakers, media professionals, students from the United States and around the world. The first PAA conference was held in 1932. At this event, demographers at all career stages have the opportunity to present their research in oral and poster sessions, learn about others’ findings, and network with their peers.
