On March 2, 2024, at 12:00 noon, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director of the Institute for Population and Social Research, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manasigan Kanchanachitra, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sutthida Chuanwan, Deputy Director of General Administration, presented bouquets of flowers to congratulate the recipients of various awards:
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sureeporn Punpuing for receiving the “Exemplary Teacher” award from the Faculty Council of Mahidol University in the field of social sciences for the year 2023.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyawat Katewongsa for being recognized as the “Outstanding Alumni of the Year 2023” and receiving the “Mahidol University Researcher of the Year 2024” award in the High Impact Researcher category in Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts. Additionally, Dr. Katewongsa was honored as one of Mahidol University’s Top 1% Researchers for the year 2024.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinya Phulkerd for receiving the “Outstanding Department-Level Personnel Award 2023” and the “Mahidol University Researcher of the Year 2024” award in the Rising Researcher category in Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts.
These awards were presented during the 55th Anniversary of the Royal Name Conferment Day and the 136th Anniversary of Mahidol University at Mahidol Siddhakarn, Mahidol University.
