On December 19-20, 2023, the Thailand Workers’ Happiness Research Center (TCHS) at the Population and Social Research Institute, Mahidol University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit and Associate Professor Dr. Charamporn Holumyong, had the honor of organizing a training course titled ‘Advances in Knowledge Management towards Happiness at Work: Advanced Routine to Happiness (AR2H).’ The objective was to create organizational happiness creators for Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited. The training took place at Samui Room on the 16th floor of the Head Office Building.
The course focused on building knowledge in the following areas:
- Management of organizations that create happiness
- Analysis of HAPPINOMETER survey data
- Preparation of action plans using survey data
- Knowledge of physical and mental health
