On December 17, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Sudarat Musikawong, Deputy Director of International Relations, Networking, and Academic Service at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, participated in activities and seminars marking International Migrant Day 2023. The theme for the day was ‘Life, Dreams, Hopes: Thailand’s Future, the Future of Migrant Workers in an Aging Society.’ Professor Emeritus Dr. Aphichat Chamratrithirong delivered a lecture on the topic ‘Policy to Replace Migrant Workers in an Aging Society,’ and Associate Professor Dr. Teeranong Sakulsri joined the discussion on ‘Migrant Workers and the Aging Society: Employment, Rights, Welfare’ at the multi-purpose room, 1st floor, Bangkok Art and Culture Center.”
