On November 24, 2023, the Institute for Population and Social Research hosted the “Birth Month Merit Making” event with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manasigan Kanchanachitra, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs, presiding over the ceremony. The participants lit incense and candles to worship the Triple Gem, engaged in making merit by offering alms to five monks, listened to Dhamma lectures, and received blessings. The event took place at the College of Religious Studies, Mahidol University.
