On October 27, 2023, from 08:30 to 12:00, Happy University was honored by the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University to organize a training session on the overview of knowledge on potential development and skills for building a happy university for the faculty members and staff.
The session was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, Director of the Thailand Centre for Happy Worker Studies, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charamporn Holumyong, Deputy Director for the Planning and Quality Assurance, and Ms. Wannee Hutaphat, researcher, along with the project working team. Asst. Prof. Dr. Ronnachai Sirovetnukul, Acting Deputy Dean for Human Capital Management, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, graciously welcomed participants and delivered the opening remarks.
The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge of creating a “Happy University Model” using the HAPPINOMETER tool and applying the data to educational quality assurance, aligning with the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). The event took place at Meeting Room R114, 1st Floor, Building 1, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University.
