วัตถุประสงค์:
The strategic objective of this assessment is to lay the groundwork for the development of a model of referral system that works for Burmese migrant communities to ensure their access to health care in relation to prevention and treatment primarily of HIV Aids and TB, and to the extent possible, of malaria.
1. Describe current incidence of and available services on HIV, TB, and malaria among Burmese migrant communities across the country in general based on existing research
2. Desceibe the in particular the situation of migrants' access to health care in 3 target districts in 2 provinces
3. Identify existing services for prevention and treatment and the gaps of these services in terms of access of migrant Burmese populations considering both systemic and social factors in the 2 target sites
4. Identify opportunities and propose mechanisms for development of local referral systems for migrant populations in the 2 target sites.
