มหิดล-สสส.วัดความสุขคนทำงานไทยพบจิตวิญญาณดี-ผ่อนคลายแย่-ต่อยอดรับอาเซียน

Assoc. Prof. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, Head of the HAPPINOMETER Project, presented the results of the Thailand HAPPINOMETER in 2012-2014 in the 4th Happy Workplace Forum 2014. The highest scores went to the happy soul every year, implying that most workers had the soul to work, in contrast to the happy relax that often came with the lowest scores. Building happiness was, therefore, an urgent issue and the Project’s next phase would be in preparation for the AEC by qualitatively focusing on multicultural workplaces.
