On February 19, 2024, the HappyU project organized an activity titled “Developing potential and skills in promoting the Happiness University Network Partners with the Curriculum ‘Advanced Routine to Happiness: AR2H’ for Mahidol University personnel.” The event was graced by Professor Dr. Wachira Kochakarn<\/strong><\/em>, Vice President of Mahidol University, who delivered a welcoming speech and inaugurated the training session. Associate Professor Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, Director of the Thailand Workers’ Happiness Research Center, presented a report aimed at fostering a culture of happiness and well-being among Mahidol University personnel. The objective was to impart knowledge and practical skills to enhance the health and well-being of both staff and students within the university. The event also provided a platform for the exchange of knowledge, techniques, skills, and experiences among the various faculty and departments of Mahidol University. A total of 37 departments participated in the event, held at Room 101, 1st floor, Population and Social Research Institute, Mahidol University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
