\n\tAssoc. Prof. Kritaya Archavanitkul and Asst. Prof. Suchada Thaweesit gave their viewpoints in the forum on “Surrogacy Law: Reproductive Health Technology and Gender Equity” on September 19, 2014, that the draft surrogacy law contained ambiguities and affected groups of people, for instance, Article 21-26. It also had moral-related issues and other issues not in discussion yet. Both professors proposed to withdraw the draft and invite concern parties to draft the new one.<\/p>\n
