The Vender shall commence performance of this purchase order on the effective start date and shall make final delivery of completed tasks and work products no later than the completion/delivery date indicated on the cover page of this purchase order, unless this purchase order is cancelled earlier or extended by written modification executed by the Parties. Any specific delivery schedule(s) for services and/or work products ordered hereunder will be specified in Attcahment 1. Whenever the Vendor knows, or reasonably should know, that any actual or potential condition is delaying, or delaying, or threatens to delay, the timely performance of work under this purchase order, the Vendor shall, within five (5) calender days, provide Pact written notice thereof, including all relevant information with respect thereto.
