On May 2, 2025, the Mahidol Migration Center (MMC), Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, in collaboration with its network, organized a stakeholder meeting aimed at creating a path to increasing the number of elderly caregivers in Thailand. The meeting was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director of the Institute for Population and Social Research, who delivered the opening address. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sudarat Musikawong presented research findings and policy discussion directions on migration. Lect. Dr. Pattaphol Yuktadatta and Lect. Dr. Truc Ngoc Hoang Dang also participated in the meeting, held at the Park View Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Best Western Hotel, Chatuchak, Bangkok.
