News of “sanitary napkins”, the monthly poverty that women have to bear by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suchada Thaweesit, Deputy Director for Research, Finance, and Procurement, Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University was published via Thai PBS, “Wan Mai Variety” program during “Social Issues” on June 20, 2022. Throughout a woman’s life, “menstruation” is considered reproductive health, but “sanitary napkins” are not classified as a sexual health service that women can obtain for free. However, sanitary napkins are considered price-controlled products and expensive for many women in society. Which Thai society should have a mechanism to solve problems? to facilitate women of all groups to have easy access to sanitary napkins.
